Paid $5,300+ for repairs after a not-at-fault accident & got my car back in worse condition than before. New mechanical & electrical issues, diagnostic codes immediately after pickup, & even missing safety components. Couldn’t even replace the side mirror due to “not having the part”, this is Dallas Texas you can get a part in 24hrs especially as a body shop. When he replaced my windshield he took my sensor. Completely unacceptable and honestly unsafe. I shouldn’t have to drop off my car 3 times to fix a simple fender bender. But Jonathan was quick to cash the insurance check! But not uphold his part of repairs. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. Do not trust this shop with your vehicle. Go to caliber or a more reputable shop

Great service; repaired massive dent in my F-Type and repainted the bumper for far less than anyone else quoted me. Many shops quote a huge amount for a repair, but they actually buy the panels off another used car (or brand new panels) and then install those on your car, rather than repainting or fixing your current broken one (hence the high price..). They were very fast (considering the damage) and did a great job!

Hermanos paint and body shop was amazing!! I got in a car wreck about a month ago and could not open my drivers door since that is where my car got hit. Just in 4 days I got all of it fixed and beautiful done! I’m so thankful to come across you guys!! Seriously appreciate you and will be sending referrals your way!
